Tropical Mango and Mint Frozen Lollies

  • 280g Peach and Mango The Collective Dairy yoghurt
  • 150ml coconut milk
  • 3 mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 6 lolly moulds
  1. Method:
  2. Simply combine the yoghurt and coconut milk together and stir through the chopped mint leaves. Pour the mixture into the lolly moulds and place in the freezer until set.
