Smoked Salmon Dip/Pasta Sauce
 
Ingredients
  • 60g smoked salmon
  • 3 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 3 tbsp natural yoghurt
  • 1-2 tbsp dill
  • Squeeze lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Simple chop up your smoked salmon and mix through your crème fraîche, yoghurt, dill and lemon juice.
  2. Season to taste and use.
