Melt the dark chocolate, either in the microwave in short, sharp bursts or in a glass bowl over a gently simmering pan of boiling water.
When melted, take a strawberry in your fingers and holding the stalk, dip it into the chocolate.
Allow any excess to drip off and place onto some baking parchment/silicone paper. Leave to cool and allow the chocolate to harden at room temperature or, if in a rush, in the fridge.
