Mozzarella, Salami and Olive Pizza
Serves: 2 adults or 4 small children

Ingredients
  • 2 brown wraps (ours were gluten-free and square but you can get round)
  • 3 generous tablespoons of tomato puree
  • 100-150g grated mozzarella (approx – can use more or less according to your taste)
  • NB. It's best to buy hard mozzarella or pre-grated as the soft mozzarella you would eat in a salad is very water based and does not have the same result.
  • 2 tomatoes, finely sliced
  • 6 slices of salami
  • Handful of black olives
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200C.
  2. Place your wrap on an even surface and with the back of a spoon smear the tomato paste all over it.
  3. Next, sprinkle on the mozzarella cheese, then tomato slices and salami.
  4. Gently place the pizza onto a baking sheet and cook for 10-ish minutes until it's taken on a bit of colour, the tomatoes softened and cheese melted.
  5. Cut into pieces and enjoy.
