Berry Lollies
Serves: 4-6
 
Ingredients
  • 80g raspberries
  • 80g strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 300ml Koko coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Simply place everything in a blender, or use a hand-held blender, and blitz until smooth.
  2. Pour into freezer lolly moulds and freeze for 4 hours or over until set frozen. Or just pour straight into a glass for a smoothie/milkshake.
Notes
Why not make double and have half for smoothies and freeze the rest for ice lollies?
