We saw this little post on Sainsbury’s Bank/Money Matters site and thought it was so easy, yet inspiring so we thought we’d share it with you!
We love using herbs in our food, not only for their fresh taste but also for their wonderful nutritional benefits and we try and sneak them in where ever we can. Having home grown herbs not only helps with your budget (as buying bought ones can become very expensive) but it means they are always there when you might need them. Little ones loves to get involved with planting and growing seeds too and a large garden is no required, any bright windowsill will do. 🙂
Mint provides great support for the digestive system and adds a lovely freshness to many dished, and it is generally well received by children.
